Dont worry, Obama is giving away Rush's tax dollars as well as yours to these pathetic Hatians. Maybe we should fix American problems before we try to fix the world.
As horrible as this is there are an estimated 3+million homeless ppl in the US. Over 1 million of those are kids. These #'s are expected to grow in 2010 as more Americans face foreclosures. A CBS show predicted a possible 4MILLION foreclosures in 2010. I am sure as Americans we will do what we can for Haiti. I gave $5 to Red Cross through Publix. But our govt needs to start thinking about its own people and putting OUR interest first above all others or we won't be around to "Save to World".
Yet the first lady wants the unemployed masses and the recently homeless to give up money while she wears a pearl necklace. If she sells here expensive wardrobe she could get more money for haiti than collecting donations from the people here husband has screwed over.
