I believe Barack Obama does raise the bar for Black men. Not saying the all Black men should become him but it good to know that if they want to aspire to be someone like him them have possibility. The Cosby Show (which I loved BTW) is not everyone's reality but it was the realty of some Blacks and I think it's important to show that families like that do exist. Black men don't need to be Obama but they need to believe they have options. xoxo
