We have got to get it together. The young man who put this video together is a God-send. We have to return back to God with our minds. We have believed the hype and have separated ourselves from God and each other. He is right, this is a war for your soul!

Brotha to Brothas,
It is the black family that is the foundation for our community. Until we can forgive each other and begin to hold up a new standard for how we should be, we are destined for continued failure. We have the power to create our own greatness.

In order to create this family, young men must seek God and take your rightful place. You are kings, but only God is The KING. In otherwords, without Him you are nothing, but with Him you are everything!

Understand that God ordained marriage and it is a key to building a healthy family and a healthy community. The key to a healthy marriage is to find a mate that loves God. She won't look like everyone else, nor will she be swayed by the evils and temptation. Her beauty comes from within and radiates from without. Her character is not between her thighs and her hips, but between her head and her heart. There is just something about her that you won't be able get away from, but that very same thing will cause you to come up (grow up) in order to be with her. You must stand correct!

She will love you inspite of yourself, she will be patient, helpful (tell you the truth even though you can't stand to hear it-without cussin and fussin at you)and will see you through God's eyes. She is virteous in the sense the she has a pure heart.

But you will never know the key to her heart unless you seek God. You will never know how to communicate with her unless you speak to her with uplifting words of love, encouragement and understanding (not calling her or other women b******, hoes, etc.)You must be patient and what you want from her, you must be willing to give to her first. You are the head! If you don't seek God for her and settle for the lust of the eye, you will regret it everyday of your life. Believe me, I know.

i think what you are doing is a bllessing i very glad to see that there are men that see women for there inter beauty more than there out side iam so sick and trid of our women feel that we must sell our soul short in todays viedos why must we feel that the only way we can make music is show off our temple that god gave us be call all kind of names that disrespect what our frofathers fought for thannks for writting that article how we must be thats gods way and the only way may god contiue to bless you in all that you do for the lord i have nothing but love for u brother keep up god will i dont have an email but text me your resond @704-606-1036

I am not really anonymous, but I can't remember my Google account ID and wanted to comment. My name is Karen and I live in Nashville, Tennessee. The talented man that put this together isn't really THAT young, he's 52. I think that it is an insightful piece that certainly opens a lot of dialect but I am concerned about the attitude toward non black people. I hate the word nigger, nigga and all other variations of it. That pointed out in this clip is a genuine fact. Yet is it hype to promote a career or is the intent genuine? After seeing some interaction between some of the people associated with the making of the video, referring to each other in just those terms, I don't know. Not all whites see people of color as niggers & niggas. Some do though. I am the first person to correct anyone being disrespectful to another human being based on nothing more than their race. It's sickening. Thank you Mr. Bullock for bring up the sad facts that face people of ALL colors and races every day. Maybe one day I can also be judged on my merit and character and not my appearance, race or ethnicity.
