"Offensive" or "Just A Cartoon?"

The cartoon depicts two police officers – one with his smoking gun drawn – standing over what appears to be a dead chimpanzee in a pool of blood. One officer says to the other: “Now they’ll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill.”

The question: Are they referring to the dead chimp as the president of the United States?

This is not just a cartoon it is utterly disgusting and disrespectful! There is not one media outlet that can stand a boycott of the black audience and more importantly a boycott of the black dollar. Those loons over at the Post need to get their acts together. Black American has a voice and it’s time to let it be heard.

even if this cartoon was not meant in a racial manner, the post, as a trusted source for news, has the responsibility to consider how it may be interpreted by others. The intent of the cartoon may have been harmless, but the repercussions of it go deeper. majority of americans over the age of 25 should understand how this can be taken out of its "comical" light.

i have always stated that it was just a matter of time before America showed her true face while Pres. Obama is in office. i think this is the first of what i hope are few "incidents" to come. so much for respecting black history month...
