I am shocked and appalled to see this happening. I hear people say it is 2008 and this type of stuff should not be happening anymore. Racism, in this manner, is happening everyday, not just in LA but I experienced having a gun placed in my face because of my race while I was in OK and I was just trying to do my job as a truancy official.
But 3 years after Katrina, the district attorney and law enforcement should be at fault. Forensics and Ballistics should tell them what type of gun the bullets came from. You know what area to look for in suspects and they know "estimated" who stayed in their homes. Someone should be prosecuted and others should be losing their jobs because this is just wrong.
