Do High-School Students Lack Discipline?!

A substitute teacher and a student at a suburban Atlanta high school have been charged with disorderly conduct after a fight during class that was captured on video.

A DeKalb County school police report about the fight May 23 says the teacher, Carolyn Jones, told officers she had been having problems with the student at Stephenson High School. Jones told police the student had threatened to pull off her wig.

Even though I don't agree with the student hitting on the teacher but where in the video did you see the teacher trying to stop her. She was swanging harder then that child.I think the teacher started cause her story seems to be a made up story cause her facts don't match. Why would she want to take off her wig when the student said she would do it seems to me she was getting on the student level but she went over board and didn't think the student would react so quickly.Student interview is?

The teacher NEVER should have stooped to the student's level. She should have left the classroom, gone straight to the office and dialed 911. Then the cops would have hauled that student's ass off to jail where it belonged.
