R.I.P. Sean Bell
Black men being killed by law enforcement is nothing new. I was not surprised by the outcome of the trial concerning Sean Bell. Upset yes but far from surprised. Rapper Scarface put it best when he said;
"It's bad enough I have to watch the next "G" but even worse I have to watch the muthafuckas who protect me."
Sean Bell is not the first Black male to fall victim to gang violence and sadly he will not be the last. The only problem is that this gang wears badges instead of rags. They flash them all the same though.
